Frequently Asked Questions & Procedures

The campaign is valid until 31 August 2026 on the Stefanel UK online store, while promotional stock remains available.

A net 40% discount is applied to the list price of eligible clothing and accessories. This discount is included in the product prices and shown separately per product; there is no minimum quantity requirement.
Gift cards are excluded from the launch promotion.
The campaign is limited to available stock.

You have the right to return items purchased from Stefanel.com and our stores. For online orders, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and start the return process within 14 days of delivery.

Campaign and Returns Conditions:

For campaigns conditional on a specific quantity or basket total, the discount is valid only while the campaign conditions are met.
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, if the remaining products after the return still meet the campaign conditions, the return is accepted and the discount is retained.
If the campaign conditions are no longer met after the return, the campaign becomes void.
In this case, the products are recalculated at the current sale price and the refund amount is determined accordingly.
For partial returns, the campaign discount is recalculated and applied accordingly.
