Effective 23 July 2026. This policy explains the cookies and local browser storage used by the Stefanel UK storefront and its Shopify checkout and account services.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Local storage is a similar browser feature that can keep information on your device between visits. These technologies can be essential to provide a service, remember a choice, secure a session or measure how a service is used.
In this policy, “browser storage” covers cookies, local storage and comparable technologies. BRAVO BRV LIMITED is responsible for browser storage used by the Stefanel UK storefront as described below.
The public storefront currently keeps the following shopping preferences in your browser's local storage:

This local shopping data is not sent to our server merely because it is stored. Basket details are sent to Shopify when you choose to begin checkout.
Strictly necessary cookies may be used to provide requested functions, protect forms, balance traffic, prevent fraud and maintain secure administrator or preview sessions. They do not require consent where they are genuinely necessary for the service you request.
Recording your cookie choice is itself strictly necessary: without it we could not honour a decision to decline, and would have to ask again on every page.
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and the Pinterest tag to measure how the store is used, understand which products interest visitors, and show Stefanel advertising on those services. These set cookies and read device identifiers, and Google, Meta and Pinterest act as separate controllers for their own purposes.
None of them run until you accept. When you first visit we ask for your choice, and no analytics or advertising cookie is set unless you agree. If you decline, Google's tag remains in a restricted mode that sets no cookies and sends no identifiers, and the Meta and Pinterest tags are not loaded at all.
If you accept, these services may record pages viewed, products opened, items added to the basket, checkout starts and completed orders, together with the order value and a transaction reference. Purchases are measured on the Shopify checkout, where the same consent choice applies; at that point the email address used for the order is also sent to Pinterest in a scrambled (hashed) form, so a purchase can be matched to a Pinterest account without disclosing your address.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the foot of any page. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; it does not undo processing already carried out lawfully. Our Google, Meta and Pinterest partners publish their own information about how they use this data.
Checkout, payment, passwordless customer accounts, order status and self-serve returns are hosted by Shopify. When you choose one of those services, Shopify may set essential cookies and similar technologies to secure the session, remember checkout progress, authenticate you, prevent fraud and provide the service.
Those pages display Shopify's applicable privacy and cookie information. Blocking their essential cookies may prevent checkout, account access, tracking or return requests from working.
Links to Royal Mail, social networks or other third-party sites open services controlled by those organisations. They may place their own cookies after you follow the link. Their policies, not this policy, explain that separate use.
Use Cookie settings at the foot of any page to change or withdraw your consent to analytics and advertising cookies. You can remove the storefront's saved basket and wishlist from Account settings, and clear cookies and site data through your browser's privacy settings.
Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies and local storage by site. Blocking all storage can remove saved items and may stop secure checkout or account features from working. Browser controls vary, so use the help section for your current browser and device.

We may update this policy if the storefront, providers or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide an appropriate notice or renewed choice before materially changing how optional browser storage is used.
