View the complete order, fulfilment status and carrier link. Shopify sends a six-digit code to the email used at checkout—no password or previous account registration is needed.

Find the Royal Mail reference in your Shopify dispatch email. The button opens Royal Mail's secure tracking page.
Tracking can take several hours after dispatch to show its first scan. If the parcel remains overdue, contact info@stefanel.uk so we can investigate as the sender.
