Terms of Sale

Effective 23 July 2026. These terms explain the contract between you and BRAVO BRV LIMITED when you shop with Stefanel UK.

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy goods through the Stefanel UK online store. The seller is BRAVO BRV LIMITED, trading as Stefanel UK, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15692889. Our registered office is Apartment 1219 Nobel Way, Uhaus Vita Living East, Manchester, England, M1 7FY.

You can contact us at info@stefanel.uk or +44 7831 006609. Please save or print these terms for your records.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. This store is intended for consumers buying for personal use. If you are purchasing for a business, please contact us before ordering.

We currently accept delivery addresses made available by Shopify at checkout. Availability of a delivery option is confirmed before payment.

We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, colours, measurements and images accurately. Screen settings and natural variations in fibres, dyes and finishes can cause small differences from the photographs.

All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the affected item.

The product pages and basket are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer by us. You make an offer to buy when you complete Shopify checkout and submit payment.

An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or begin dispatch, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if, for example, stock or pricing information is wrong, payment is not authorised, fraud checks fail, delivery is unavailable, or purchase limits are exceeded. Any amount taken for a declined order will be refunded.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and the final order total are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code. Your card or payment method may be authorised when you order and charged in accordance with the checkout confirmation.

If a clearly incorrect price is displayed, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. We will not change the price of a product after your order has been accepted.

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout, are subject to their stated dates and exclusions, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless the promotion says otherwise, codes cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.

If a return means an order no longer qualifies for a promotion, the refund will reflect the price actually paid for the returned item and any discount allocated to it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Stefanel UK gift cards are digital stored-value products issued in pounds sterling through Shopify. After payment and fulfilment, Shopify emails the private gift-card code to the purchaser or to the recipient and date selected during purchase. Please check recipient details carefully and keep the code secure.

A remaining balance can be used on a later eligible Stefanel UK order. Gift cards are excluded from the current UK launch promotion; any future gift-card offer will state that it applies specifically to the gift-card product.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48. Service names describe Royal Mail delivery aims, not guaranteed arrival times. Dispatch cut-offs, delivery aims, charges, postcode exceptions and delay guidance are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. If delivery is materially delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate and explain your available options.

The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you or a person you identify to receive them. Ownership passes when we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.

Check the delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us promptly if a parcel is shown as delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged or incomplete. Keep the packaging and photographs where practical while we investigate with Royal Mail.

You may cancel most online purchases without giving a reason from the time the contract is formed until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. For an order delivered in separate parcels, the period runs from the day after the last parcel is received.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel through our Returns page or by emailing info@stefanel.uk. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Please return it complete, clean and unworn beyond that inspection, with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and fit.

The cancellation right does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and sealed goods not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not limit rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

For a valid cancellation, we refund the price paid and the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery option. An additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery method is not refundable unless the goods were faulty or we made an error.

We issue the refund to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Bank processing times may vary after we issue it.

Direct exchanges are subject to stock and may not be available. The quickest option is normally to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may give you a short-term right to reject within 30 days and, depending on the circumstances, rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund after that period.

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where useful. We will provide return instructions and will cover reasonable return costs for goods confirmed as faulty or incorrect. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control where we take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights.

We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and use device storage and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Website content, product imagery, trade marks, logos and designs are protected by intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder.

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
  • A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
  • You may not transfer your rights under the contract without our consent. We may transfer ours where this does not reduce your protections.
  • Only you and we may enforce the contract.
  • We may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted when you order applies to that purchase.

These terms and each contract are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you there.

Please contact info@stefanel.uk first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You may also obtain independent consumer advice from Citizens Advice.
