Points are collected on what you pay for the goods — excluding delivery and taxes, and after any discount has been applied. An order that is refunded or cancelled has its points reversed, which can leave a balance below zero until it is earned back.
Your tier is based on the points you have collected, not the balance you have left. Spending a reward never moves you down a tier.
Points are yours to spend whenever you like. Swap them for a Shopping Card from your account — it appears immediately and never expires. Spending points does not affect your tier.
Discounts are applied automatically. They come off your basket at checkout with no code to enter, and each can be used once.
