Review Policy

Who can review

Only verified buyers. A few days after an order is delivered we email the customer once, with a private link to review the pieces in that order. Each piece can be reviewed once per order. We do not pay for reviews, offer anything in return for them, or write them ourselves.

What we publish

We publish every review, positive or negative, unless it breaks one of the rules below. The star rating never decides whether a review appears. Reviews are shown newest first, with the reviewer's chosen name and the date, and the average rating counts every published review.

Reasons a review is not published

• Abusive, offensive or discriminatory language
• Personal details of the reviewer or someone else
• Not about this product
• Advertising, links or spam
• A duplicate of another review

We check reviews before they appear, usually within two working days. We may reply publicly beneath a review.
