The routine
Skip the tumble dryer
Reshape and hang from the waistband in shade. Strong heat can shrink cotton denim and degrade stretch recovery.
Let wear create character
Iron only when needed, on the reverse at medium heat. Natural softening and subtle fading are part of denim's appeal.
Between seasons
Keep it at its best.
Air between wears and spot-clean small marks with a clean damp cloth. Avoid freezing denim; it does not replace washing when the garment is soiled.
